I'll be the first to admit that I have endured through the embarrassment of owning multiple unforgiving teen angst blogs in the past. Blogs in which adolescent me poured such heart and soul into before deleting them due to lack of commitment to posting frequent and good quality posts. However I do confess, the lack of an outlet is taking a certain toll on me and I feel that I am suffering what seems to be heavy-hearted withdrawals.

Therefore without any further ado, I formally introduce you to my new writing space under what I would like to feel is a fitting name, absentmindedly. So, take a seat, have a drink and enjoy... (or not, no pressure)

On the theme of returning to old habits, I decided to give photoshoot modelling a swing again. I caught up with a young photographer, in which I had met online, in the city one day last week. An outgoing pixie of a girl with pink hair, shaved on the side and the back.

After the shoot, when I was home and safe, I jotted the following experiences:

"Sitting amongst expensive cars on a rooftop in the city, the sun sets turning the busy sky into a mural of pastels. We sipped on sweet-flavoured ciders and the strong scent tobacco filled the air. Dr Martens, ripped jeans and hand stitched lace pulled together the perfect outfit. It was the teen rebellion movie I've always wanted to have a more prominent character in. As I awkwardly posed infront of a vintage film camera, a girl stood holding it, her wild pastel hair danced in the wind and a cigarette dangled from her mouth. It was the perfect combination of a grunge come teen angst daydream"
